Help for serving and veteran police and families

We believe that police and families should always have someone to turn to that understands their situation and can respond effectively to their needs. By providing a specialist and confidential programme of practical, emoitonal, and financial support, we help more people effectively recover and rebuild their lives.

Psychological support

We provide access to counselling through our confidential careline, including CBT and EMDR where clinically appropriate.

Financial assistance and benefits

Are you struggling with your finances? Help is available, including assistance with financial hardship and benefits advice.

Specialist equipment grants

Getting access to the right equipment to improve your quality of life is important. That's why we fund the purchase of specialist equipment following physical injury or impairment.

Career transition

Supporting new careers after policing (for whatever reason).

Veteran's peer support

The welfare needs of those who've left the service are more complex. That's why we have a team to support your specific needs.

Educational bursaries

The impact of policing on children is significant. That's why, along with psychological support, young people in full-time FE/HE can access bursaries to support their ongoing education.
