As our Engagement Officer, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness of Police Care UK, strengthening relationships across policing and local communities, and supporting events and initiatives that increase engagement, partnerships, and income generation.

This role provides leadership for beneficiary support programs and holds responsibility for driving the delivery of non-clinical services for beneficiaries. Working closely with internal teams and external partners the postholder will support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of beneficiary services and oversee contractual arrangements with contractors and suppliers.

The Data and CRM Analyst acts as Police Care UK's primary superuser for all CRM and operational systems, ensuring they are configured effectively, used consistently, and produce high quality, compliant data.

This role is suited to a qualified and NMC‑registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in community mental health and trauma‑informed care. You will carry out robust psychological assessments and identify appropriate evidence‑based treatments for individuals affected by service‑related psychological trauma, including PTSD and cPTSD.

The Head of Insight and Innovation will lead the Charity’s research, data, evaluation and innovation functions. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for embedding a culture of evidence-informed practice, continuous improvement and sector-leading innovation across the Charity.
