We’re here to help you

We're here for serving officers, staff, volunteers, veterans, and their families, because nobody should have to carry the weight of harm alone. If you need urgent support right now, you'll find links to organisations equipped to help you immediately. If things aren't at crisis point but you'd still like some help, we're ready to listen; send us an enquiry and we'll figure out the best way forward together.

Call your local mental health crisis team

Find an urgent mental health helpline via the NHS website at www.nhs.uk

Mental health emergencies are serious and you will not be wasting anyone's time. You deserve help and there are people ready to support you right now.

If you can keep yourself safe for now but still need urgent advice please don't wait, help is available around the clock. Depending on where you are, here's who to contact:

Scotland & Northern Ireland

Our service works alongside the support already available through the NHS and your police force, including Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). You’re not on your own in this, we’re here to help you find the right support.
