What’s it like to take part?
The Three Peaks Challenge is a tough event which involves conquering the highest mountains in Scotland, Wales and England in just 24 hours, a huge test of physical endurance and mental stamina.
You will have to overcome 26 miles of rough terrain and you will begin by meeting your guides and group by Fort William station at 6AM on the designated date.
You will need to arrive having eaten breakfast to start your ascent of Ben Nevis 1345m (4413ft). From Ben Nevis you will be transported to the Lake District to conquer Scafell Pike 978m (3209ft) and lastly you will then be transported to finish your challenge in Wales on a morning climb of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) 1085m (3560ft)
